工作原理:
输送台上共有六组菠萝轮、两组驱动滚筒,其驱动力由装于输送台上的六个液压马达提供,每个油马达控制一组菠萝轮,从
而实现货箱在输送台上的旋转导向及前、后移动。输送台的前、后端各设有一组无动力的滚筒,在货物转接作业中主要起导
向和支承的作用。
输送台可在高度490mm~1620mm范围内垂直升降,其升降由铰剪臂和升降机构来实现,由装于两侧的两支油缸来驱动,其
动力来自液压泵站。
Working Principle:
Mobile loading station is composed of transmission platform, shears arm, chassis, hoisting device, hydraulic system and
control system.
The station has 6 groups of heli-roller and 2 groups of driving roller, the power is provided by 6 individually controlled
hydraulic press to ensure the cargo move on different directions. The guide rollers on each side of the station can
support the cargos while loading and unloading;
The loading platform can work within the height of 490 ~1620mm by hydraulic hoisting system.
